Like a lot of new 3D movies, although there are some great 3D moments in this (most notably at the end) the film suffers from an overall inconsistency with a lot of the earlier scenes having a shallow 3D depth. The 3D doesn't always have that WOW factor but when it does, its great. Although it's worth a purchase for the 3D moments that do work, overall Monster House just lacks a consistency of 3D which can be frustrating at times.(V)
